FREE ENTRY TERMS
Free Entry Terms
These Free Entry Terms apply to all prize draws operated by DreamDraw Group Limited and govern participation via the free postal entry route.
They apply in addition to the General Terms & Conditions and the applicable Draw-Specific Terms.
In the event of any inconsistency, the following order of precedence applies:

1. Availability of Free Entry
1.1 Participation in DreamDraw prize draws is available without purchase via a free postal entry route.
1.2 Free entry is offered as an alternative method of entry and provides the same chance of winning as a paid ticket entry.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Free entry is open to individuals and legal entities who meet the eligibility requirements set out in the General Terms & Conditions and the relevant Draw-Specific Terms.
2.2 Free entry applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3. Entry Limits
3.1 A maximum of one (1) free entry per person or legal entity per draw is permitted.
3.2 A maximum of two (2) adult persons per household may each submit one free entry per draw.
3.3 Multiple entries submitted by the same person or legal entity will be treated as a single entry only.
4. Unique Contact Details
4.1 Each free entry must be submitted using a unique email address and a unique telephone number.
4.2 Free entries submitted using identical or shared email addresses and/or telephone numbers will be treated as one entry only and recorded once in the database.
5. Submission Method
5.1 Free entries must be submitted by post only, using the official Free Ticket Entry form provided by DreamDraw Group Limited.
5.2 The form must be:

completed fully and legibly by hand,
-
signed and dated by the applicant, and
-
sent in a properly stamped envelope to the address stated on the form.
5.3 Unstamped or insufficiently stamped mail will not be accepted and may be returned at the sender’s expense.
6. Deadlines
6.1 Free entry submissions must be received at least seven (7) days before the closing date of the relevant draw.
6.2 Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for delay.
7. Recording and Confirmation
7.1 Valid free entry submissions will be manually recorded by DreamDraw Group Limited.
7.2 Once recorded, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
7.3 No other form of confirmation is provided.
If no email address is supplied, no confirmation will be issued.
8. Invalid Entries
8.1 The following entries will be deemed invalid and will not be recorded:

incomplete or illegible forms,
-
unsigned or undated forms,
-
entries containing false or misleading information,
-
photocopied, scanned or reproduced forms,
-
entries submitted using shared contact details,
-
late entries.
8.2 No correspondence will be entered into regarding invalid or rejected free entries.
9. Liability Disclaimer
9.1 DreamDraw Group Limited and its employees accept no liability for:
-
lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected postal mail,
-
technical issues affecting email delivery,
-
incomplete or incorrectly completed submissions,
-
costs incurred by applicants in submitting free entries.
9.2 Free entries are submitted entirely at the applicant’s own risk.
10. General
10.1 By submitting a free entry, applicants confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
10.2 DreamDraw Group Limited reserves the right to verify free entry submissions and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Free Entry Terms.
10.3 These Free Entry Terms form an integral part of participation in DreamDraw prize draws.
